Know God better. Make Him known. Our ministry, "Living Water" is about helping people to find God, and receive a greater revelation of who He is, and what He is really like. A lot of the time this is possible, simply by exposing satan’s lies for what they are. This sets us free to love God without restrictions, and to worship Him in spirit and in truth.

For Such A Time As This
It's no accident you are here.
God has a special purpose for your life that only you can fulfil.
Just as He had for Esther when Mordecai challenged her saying:
"And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this."
And God has awesome plans for each of us.
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
There could be nothing better for our lives than for us to become the men and women of God whom God created us to be.
Especially seeing as how 1st Corinthians is telling us:
“No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human mind has conceived,” — what God has prepared for those who love Him.

Satan is deceiving people into thinking they must earn God's love. He's also deceiving people into placing conditions on God's love. But it's all a lie. There are no conditions!
God's love for us, is like the love a mother feels when she sees her new-born baby for the first time. It's not dependent on the baby, it is completely unconditional.
Many times, we think we can earn love or earn salvation, because we are confusing love with approval.
While we were growing up, we learned we could win the approval of our parents for good behavior, or good grades, but approval is not love.
When someone truly loves you, they love you for who you are, not for what you do.
Placing conditions on God's unconditional love will separate us from God and that's exactly what satan wants.
The moment we begin to think we must earn God's love or even our salvation, we risk missing our true purpose in life because we will begin to seek after the wrong things.
Come with us on a spiritual journey. Get to know God better. Expose satan's lie. Learn how to swap religion for relationship. It might just change your life.
As Jesus said; "Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free." John 8:32
Hi from Mark. I am a Biblical motivational speaker from Auckland, New Zealand and one of the visiting lecturers for the University of the Nations, which is an international university run by 'Youth With A Mission,' (YWAM).
Here's a very old photo of me with my Brazilian daughter Lídia. She arrived at our orphanage when she was just seven days old and decided to adopt me.
I came to Brasil as a missionary around 30 years ago to work with children at risk. It was about the time of the Candelária massacre when a group of street children were shot and killed while they were sleeping outside the Candelária church in Rio de Janeiro.
We were absolutely cut in our hearts that this could happen, and God spoke to me at the time, telling me I should stay here and try to help so I did.
We started the orphanage and street ministry Missão Crianças do Rei in 1996 and cared for 36 children. If you want to work with children you have to have an orphanage or safe shelter because there will be times when you will need to effect an immediate rescue.
We worked with people who lived in absolute poverty in the Jardim Gama slum area and the rubbish dump slum otherwise known as the Lixão. We came to love them as our own family.
Each week we would run a street church in both of these slums. About 120 children would show up every week. We started a homework reinforcement school and a dance school called the Tribe of Levi. Through this we were able to disciple the children and help with their education, thereby attempting to break the poverty cycle.
God anointed the mission and over the years hundreds of young lives were effected. When the children we were working with all grew up, I took Lídia to New Zealand for a time so that she could experience my country. When she left home to do her DTS and later go to university I decided to come back to Brasil. Brasil is in my blood now and I am in love with the people. Brazilians have a lot to teach us in the rest of the world.
I'm not religious in any way at all, but I love God with all my heart. I love Him because I can sense His presence and I feel His joy. I know when I am close to Him. I can hear Him speak into my spirit and He guides me like a dad. It's incredible really.
I am grateful for my life. There has been mountain tops and valleys, times of great joy and times of great sadness.
God uses these times to teach us about the power of brokenness and humility like He did with David in Psalm 51. David looked to God to create in him a clean heart. He knew he could not do this by himself. This I find fascinating. There's an important life lesson here.
I have had the privilege of speaking on DTS's, Counseling Schools and in churches all over the world.
I am also a musician and a worship leader and I am very interested in what scripture refers to as "The High Praises," and worshiping in spirit and in truth. I love the presence of God and the joy this brings.

The truth is, you are part of a royal priesthood
You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession. 1st Peter 2:9
And the father knew you before you were even born
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart. Jeremiah 1:5

A seminar is normally two morning sessions and two afternoon sessions with a break for lunch. Saturdays are good. Evenings can also work. For a YWAM DTS the class is spread over five days, allowing time for counseling and ministry.
We are very interested in getting this message to as many of God's people as possible.
